Them down there will think its glitter
When Bev Rundle sang, everyone listened. Her voice carried her to the Sun Aria from her home town of Ballarat. Bev told us a story about arriving to sing out of breath from running from her job as a Lucas Girl to Alfred Hall. Her dress had lost a button. A more seasoned singer fixed it for her telling her not to worry about the audience seeing the pin. “Them down there will think it’s glitter” she said.
Yum Studio worked with Beverly on a project called The Inside Story to share her stories of the Ballarat Town Hall. And Bev turned out to be a story in her own right!
