Linda Franklin puts her self on the red carpet! So bold!
We collaborated with artist Linda Franklin to bring moving image to her works and thoughts about the Civic Hall. Linda is a visual artist known for her skilful combining of drawing, painting, collage and installation. Her involvement with the Civic Hall was as artist in residence for a community consultation about the future of the building.
