The Underminers, local muso’s and good friends, approached us to create some unique media for their music. So we did three film clips and images for the CD cover. Such fun.
Like a Stepford Wife, Ms Amanda Lines plays a woman obsessed with the clean and reflective. The film was shot on Super 8 Colour Cine film and 16mm Black & White Cine film, edited with razor blades and tape and screened separately for a long time. Then Chris & Hap from the Underminers created a beautiful song that had nothing to do with the films, so it seemed perfect that they go together…
The images document the minutiae that fills our life’s and decorates our hearths and homes. The images were used on the CD cover of The Underminers album.
